i dont know a thing about programing so this is my first and its kinda hard.
im learning through reading the tutorials provided by HTML dogs but i still dont understand few things like how to make the BG of the site a picture instead of a simple color.
i learned also how to make a table, i feel like it has potential but i dont know in what.
even tho i learned about the div tag and sectoning tag and making a header, a bar, an article and a footer im still lacking info,
like how to make the bar and the article stack and be next to each other, how to make bar in a way i understand because when i read the tut and see an example in cood and how it appears on a web page i still dont know how to write them by my self and of corse costmaising
i know that this should be the last of my conserns because learning how to code is the important part and i understand that.
tho i think im going to finish the tut for CSS by HTML dogs then im going to go back to the stuff i didnt understand and relearn them by watching a tut instead.
im wondering tho, if i want to make a really beautful and interactive website, do i have to learn javascript? i hope not cuz im kinda tired tho i think i should go easy on my self since i have been learning HTML (and some HTML5) and CSS for three days back to back from morning till i go to sleep.
How?, the fun of learning about something and wanting to see progress and how it will look at the end.
i know im speaking to an echo of myself but its fun.
i think me learning HTML is particaly me missing the old internet, i wasnt old enough for blogs or form to interact with other (also english is not my first language so litiraly couldnt communicate with other, also that explanes the typos).
but i was there when the webs werent minimalistic,and for flash games ;( and deviant art (the good side of it).
and the other reason is the i want a place where know one would know me, i can upload what i want wether it was an image or text and costomise my profile as much as i want, a place without ai, algorithms or bots
